Welcome to vespern. These terms govern your use of our store and any purchase you make from it. By browsing or buying, you agree to them. We've kept them readable — your statutory consumer rights always come first and nothing here limits them.

Our products & your health

  • Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Supplements support — they don't replace — a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Always read the label and follow the recommended dose.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult a doctor before use. Our products are not intended for anyone under 18.
  • Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

Orders & payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you dispatch confirmation.
  • If a product is mispriced or unavailable, we'll contact you and refund in full — we won't charge you for our mistake.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery is charged as shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.

Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery is set out in our Shipping policy; cancellation, returns and refunds in our Refund policy (14-day statutory cancellation plus our 30-day guarantee). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Using this site

Don't misuse the store — no scraping at volume, no fraud, no attempting to breach security or interfere with the site's operation. Accounts are protected by email verification codes; keep access to your inbox secure.

Intellectual property

The site, brand, copy, product imagery and design belong to vespern. Don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — without affecting your right to bring proceedings where you live where EU/UK consumer law allows.
