UK delivery, tracked: Standard £4.99 (2–4 working days) — free over £45. Express £6.99 (1–2 working days). Order before 3pm Mon–Fri for same-day dispatch. EU & international shipping: coming soon.

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom only. EU and international delivery is in the works — watch this space.
Delivery rates & times

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The free-delivery threshold applies to Standard delivery on orders of £45 or more after discounts.
Dispatch
- Orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day.
- All other orders dispatch within 1–3 working days.
- Tracking is emailed to you from vespernstore@gmail.com — if it hasn't landed, check your spam folder.
If something goes wrong
- Not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch? Email your order number and we'll chase the carrier, then replace or refund — your choice.
- Marked delivered but missing? Contact us within 14 days and we'll help you claim from the carrier.
- Wrong address at checkout? Double-check before ordering — reships to an address given incorrectly are at the customer's cost.
